On Tuesday, May 9, 2017, Christa Ann Close passed away suddenly at her home in Millersville. She was born in Maryland and graduated from Severna Park High School. She retired in December after 30 years of service with the Federal Government. Christa enjoyed swimming, gardening, watching television and spending time with her special friends and family.
She is survived by her husband of 24 years, Douglas H. Close; loving mother-in-law, Loreen Close; dear brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Mark and Darlene Close; and her lovable cats, Mylee and Krychee.
