Doris Donachy died of heart failure on April 28, 2006 at 12:00 PM at the Baltimore Washington Medical Center. She was born November 7, 1925, in Honesdale, Pennsylvania. Mrs. Donachy worked for R.M. Jerman in Gambrills, Maryland, for 30 years. She was a member of Linthicum Seventh-day Adventist church. Mrs. Donachy enjoyed spending time with her family, doing crossword and jigsaw puzzles, crocheting and helping others. She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years Arnold Donachy on February 19, 2006; One daughter Arlene Brown; Her parents Mary Ellen and Jeheil Noble; One brother John Vernon Noble; One sister Mildred Hadden and one grandson, Henry Bates Jr. Survivors include one son Vernon Donachy and his wife Mary; Three daughters, Linda Bates and her husband Henry, Sandra Iverson and her husband Mark, Ellen Latta and her husband David; 10 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, one sister Roena Brown, one brother-in-law Walter Donachy and one sister-in-law Jeanette Trout. Also many loving nieces and nephews.
