Douglas Bell Sr

Douglas G. Bell Sr., 74, a resident of Severn for 52 years, passed away on February 14, 2016. He was born in Baltimore on October 26, 1941 to the late Thomas and Dorothy Bell. He was the owner of Bell Contractors and Consultants, Inc. Doug was a longtime member of the Boy Scouts of America, where he served as Scout Master. He was also a member of the Maryland Geocaching Society and New Cut Farms Improvement Association. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, geocaching and playing the organ.

Doug is survived by his beloved wife of 52 years, Janet; three loving children, Douglas G. Bell Jr., Steven C. Bell and Jennifer E. Guite; and seven cherished grandchildren, Douglas III, Diana, Holly, Brooke, Zhanna, Kelly and Tyler.
