On April 30, 2006, Earl Samuel Bloom, Jr. went home to be with the Lord. Earl was 78 years of age. Born on September 4, 1927. Earl was a seaman in the United States Navy, serving in the Antarctic from 1946 to 1947. He is survived by his wife, Joselene (Rineholt) Bloom, whom he married on December 29, 1950. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren. His family includes his daughter, Earlene Taylor Moberly, and his son, Richard Taylor, who reside in Annapolis, MD; his daughter, Joselene Marie Wolfe Hanniford and her husband, Dan, who reside in Fresno, CA. Joselene's children Elijah Paul Wolfe and Chenoah Wolfe, who reside in Annapolis, MD and Luke Wolfe who resides in Roanoke, VA; his son, Earl Samuel Bloom III and his wife Carmen, Earl's children, Ashley, Marie and Rebeka, all who reside in Loves Park, IL. Earl is also survived by five great-grandchildren; his sister Delores Bowen, who resides in Cockeysville, Maryland; and several extended family members. Earl was preceded in death by his parents, Earl Samuel Bloom, Sr. and Eileen Bloom; his sister, Martha Connell and her husband, Bill; and his grandson, Samuel Owen Bloom. Earl was a member of St. Andrews by the Bay Catholic Church.
