Edna Smith

Edna B. Smith, 92 of Glen Burnie, passed away peacefully on February 2, 2018 with her daughters by her side. Edna was born on December 10, 1925 to the late Edward and Anna Ellis. She was a Crossing Guard for Anne Arundel County for over 10 years and a member of the Eastern Star and the Cedarettes. Edna enjoyed playing BINGO, dancing, bowling and she always had a smile on her face and enjoyed making people laugh.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard C. Smith. Edna is survived by her daughters, Deborah K. Orpin and husband, Henry; Donna L. Nodonly and husband, David; her brother, Edward Ellis and wife, Myrna; her grandchildren, Randy Buxton, Kimberly Watters and Lauren Kan; her great-grandchildren, Joshua, Patrick, Spencer, Lilli, Liam, Mason and Mila.

The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave. SW (at Crain Hwy) on Wednesday, Feb. 7th from 3-5 & 7-9 PM. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday at 10 AM in the Funeral Home Chapel.
