Eleanor Watson

On February 2, 2016, Eleanor "Dolly" Watson, 81, passed away at Union Memorial Hospital. She was born in Baltimore, MD, on June 2, 1934, to the late Eleanor and Charles Buckley. Eleanor was a wonderful mother and she loved animals, bingo, bowling, playing slots, but most of all, spending time with her family and friends.
Eleanor was predeceased by her devoted husband, Minus "Burt" Watson, her beloved son, Urie Watson, and her dear siblings, Delores Beatty, Joanna Buckley, and Charles Buckley. She is survived by her loving daughters, Dolores Smith, Grace Watson, Carol Watson, and Mary Sisk; her dear sister, Mary Sims; her seven cherished grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, two granddogs, and several nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held at Singleton Funeral and Cremation Services, 1 2nd Ave, SW (at Crain Hwy) in Glen Burnie, on Tuesday, February 9th,, from 3-5 and 7-9. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, February 10th, at 10 AM in the funeral home chapel. Interment Glen Haven Memorial Park.
