Eleo Leo Mingioni, Sr.

Eleo Leo Mingioni Sr., 88, of Linthicum, passed away on December 21, 2022. He was born in Baltimore to the late Pangrazio and Blandina Mingioni.  He was the director of the Ferndale Day Nursery for 42 years alongside his late wife, Lois. Eleo enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his devoted wife of 57 years, Maria Lois Mingioni. Because of his faith in Jesus, his family is confident that he is now in heaven, restored and celebrating with those he loved who went before him.

Eleo is survived by his loving children, Maria Miner and her husband, Tom, Leo Mingioni Jr. and his wife, Denise, Monica Dombrowski and her husband, Pete; beloved grandchildren, Michelle (Bill), Melissa (Bret), Tommy (Morgan), Justin (Tylynn), Kristin, Jessica, Michael (Emily) and Julia; and his cherished great-grandchildren, Gianna, Isaac, Juliette, Hope, Kyle, Brooke, Olivia, Tripp, Reed, Calvin and Brenn.

Visitation will be held at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, PA, 1 Second Avenue, SW, (at Crain Highway) Glen Burnie, MD 21061 on Sunday, January 1st, from 4 - 7 PM. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Monday, 10 AM, in the funeral home chapel. Interment to follow at Loudon Park Cemetery.
