Elizabeth Duke

On January 15, 2017, Elizabeth Lorraine Duke, 82, passed away at Coastal Hospice at the Lake in Salisbury. Lorraine, as she was known by, was born on November 1, 1934, in Baltimore, MD, to the late Julia and Erik Wolf. She was a receptionist for General Refractories in Baltimore and she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Lorraine was predeceased by her devoted husband of 29 years, Warren S. Duke, Sr. She is survived by her beloved sons, Warren S. Duke Jr. and his wife Pam Walter, and David Wayne Duke Sr. and his wife Pam Duke; her loving grandsons, Erik Duke, David Duke Jr., and Brian Duke; her cherished great-granddaughters, Allie Jo Duke and Louise Heather Duke; and her dear siblings, June Shaw, Julia Brinkman, and Edward Wolf. She is also survived by Kathy Duke-Vassold.
The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral and Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave, SW (at Crain Hwy), in Glen Burnie on Thursday, January 19th, from 3-5 and 7-9 PM. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, January 20th, at 1 PM in the funeral home chapel. Interment Glen Haven Memorial Park.
