Franklin Anderson

On September 2, 2008, Franklin P. Anderson of Glen Burnie. Beloved husband of 63 years to Margaret Anderson. Devoted father of William R. Anderson and his wife Jean; beloved grandfather of Jaime Shewbridge and Ryan Anderson; caring great-grandfather of Catherine, Shelby and Alexzandra Shewbridge. He was born in Brooklyn, MD in 1921. He served his country for the United States Navy during World War II. He was an Airplane Mechanic on the U.S.S. Hornet. During his career, he was a Marine Mechanic for over 60 years. He also owned Pinehurst Boat Yard for over 40 years. He was a Mason for over 60 years. He was also a member at Tall Cedar. He enjoyed many hobbies in life including Mechanical Working, woodworking and gardening. He especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and his great-grandchildren.
