James North Jr

James "Jack" L. North, Jr., 78, passed away on March 2, 2015 at the VA Hospice with his family by his side. Jack was born in Sweetwater, Tennessee to Verna Lee and Lester North. He attended Carson-Newman University before entering the military. Jack was an avid golfer and belonged to Rolling Road Golf Club and Chartwell Country Club. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Jerrye M. North; son, Christopher North and his wife Cathy; two granddaughters, Jillian and Josie North; and brother, Charles North and his wife Frances of Oklahoma. Jack is also survived by a daughter, Pamela, and grandson, Chad.

The family requests floral donations or a memorial contribution to be made in his name to the Hospice of the Chesapeake, 90 Ritchie Highway, Pasadena, MD 21122.
