On Saturday, March 11, 2006, Jerry Vincent Smith passed away at St. Agnes Hospital. Jerry was predeceased by his loving wife of 35 years, Dale, and his son Jason. He is survived by his daughter Amy Smith.
Jerry was born in Widen, West Virginia to Richard and Arminda Smith. He was in the Marine Corps from 1956-1959 and was an inspector for 30 years in the health care field. Jerry was a member of the Stoney Creek Sportsman's Club and enjoyed hunting, fishing, the outdoors, fixing things, and his family.
