Julianna Ries

On January 31, 2011, Julianna Ries, a resident of Glen Burnie for 59 years, passed away at Baltimore Washington Medical Center. She was born in Aschaffenburg, Germany to the late Hermann and Barbara Vogt. Julianna enjoyed camping, cooking, traveling, flowers and gardening, spending time with her grandchildren, and socializing with her German friends. She was very proud of her German heritage. Julianna is survived by her husband of 59 years, Jack; six children, Ingrid Linton, Jack G. Ries, Patricia Ries, Robert Ries, Karl Ries, and Barbara Lanasa; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
