Kenneth Burington

Kenneth Dale Burington, 74 of Arnold, Maryland passed away on December 28, 2020. Ken was born on November 17, 1946 in Charleston, West Virginia to the late Daryl and Helen Burington. Ken served in the US Army as a Staff Sergeant during the Vietnam War. He earned the Army Commendation Medal, the Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross with Palm and the Vietnam Service Medal with four Bronze Service Stars, along with other citations. He worked on the railroad and was a surveyor. Ken loved photograph, reading, camping and model trains.

He is survived by his sister, Susan Burington and his niece, Lisa Moore and her husband, Tom.

The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave. SW (at Crain Hwy) on Thursday, April 8th from 6-8 pm. A Committal Service with military honors will be held at MD Veterans Cemetery, Crownsville, MD on Friday, April 9th at 10:45 AM.
