On Friday July 22nd, Larry James Faulcon, of Clinton, MD, husband, father, son, uncle, grandfather, and great grandfather passed away at the Southern MD Hospital Center. He departed this life after a valiant fight against cancer.
Mr. Larry James Faulcon was born in Littleton, N.C. on October 10, 1954 to Gundy and Addie Faulcon. He worked at Potts & Callahan Construction Company for many years. Larry was very good at working with his hands and was able to build furniture and a patio for his house. He attended Halifax County, North Carolina schools as a young man. Larry moved to Baltimore, Maryland in the late 1970s. He was preceded in death by his father Gundy Faulcon, 3 brothers: Ricky, Kenneth and Gundy Jr., and 1 sister Catherine Ellis.
Larry Faulcon, "Uncle Bonnie" enjoyed his family and friends. He was willing to help and always made time for the children. He accepted our Lord as his Savior at an early age and his faith was strong throughout his illness.
He leaves to celebrate his life his wife of 34 years, Betty Faulcon; his mother, Addie Faulcon; his daughters: Anita Dixon, Tangela Torain Myers (Chris), and Bonnita Smith; his grandchildren: William Hogan, Crystal Myers, Christopher Torain, Keyuna Patterson, Kendrell, Kameron, K'Miya Smith, and Kyla Hampton; his great grandsons: Crystian Broadway-Myers and Mason Phelps; his brothers: Charles (Nellie), Stanley, and Morris (Louise) Faulcon, Kelvin (Tegra) Clanton; his sisters: Addie Johnson, Lisa (Cecil) Squire, Frances Rosser, Joanie Payne, Patricia Harrison, and sister-in-law Ernestine Faulcon. He shall also be missed by a host of nephews and nieces that knew Uncle Bonnie for his love, support, and kindness.
