Linda L. Arthur, 74 of Glen Burnie passed away on September 28, 2017. Linda was born on January 14, 1943 in Rupert, West Virginia to the late James Elliott Mullins and Evelena Olive Rippetoe Mullins. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Edwin "Ed" Arthur and her son, Jeffrey Arthur. Linda is survived by her daughter, Carrie Arthur France; her granddaughter, Crystal L. Benjamin and her husband, Benji; her great-grandchildren, Jeremy Edwin, Noah Matthew and Emily Grace; and her brothers, Fred and Donald Mullins. Linda enjoyed traveling with her husband and helping raise her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved spending time with her family.
