Mercedes Cserer

Mercedes L. Cserer, 87, of Glen Burnie passed away on April 5, 2016. She was born on January 21, 1929 in Pittsburgh, PA. She was a graduate of St. Lawrence High School and a volunteer for the Veterans Administration in Pittsburgh. Mercedes was a lifetime member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary, a member of the Morningside AARP, a world traveler, an avid Pittsburgh Steelers and Pirates fan and she enjoyed playing cards.

Mrs. Cserer was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 65 years, Victor S. Cserer, Sr. and her brother, Donald Roe. She is survived by her children, Victor S. Cserer, Jr. and his wife, Susan; and Barbara Wassell and her husband, Terry; her grandchildren, Victor Cserer, III and his wife, Kristen; Jamie Lynn McConville and her husband, J.B.; and Terry Wassell, Jr.; her great-grandchildren, Victor Cserer IV, Sydney Cserer, Westley McConville, and Owen McConville.
