Shelly was born in Baltimore, Maryland in 1972. She graduated from Brooklyn Park High School. She then earned her A.A. Degree in Criminal Justice at Anne Arundel Community College. She was an Office Manager for Key Kleaning where she had been working since graduating from high school. Shelly loved to help people. She enjoyed doing charity work and feeding the homeless. She had many hobbies. She liked skydiving. Everyone who met Shelly loved her.
