Allen George Bodtke

Allen George Bodtke, 87, of Glen Burnie passed away on August 2, 2019. Allen was born in 1932 in Benton Harbor, Michigan. He served his country proudly in the US Navy. Allen was a member of the American Legion Post 40, and the University of Michigan Alumni. He enjoyed gardening, his Detroit sport teams, University of Michigan teams, fishing in Key West, and mostly, spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lucille Bodtke. He is survived by his son, Robert Allen Bodtke; daughter, Laura Alice Bodtke; and two grandsons, Robert Austin and Justin Allen Bodtke.

The family will receive visitors at the family owned Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave SW (at Crain Hwy) Glen Burnie, on Wednesday, August 7th from 6-9 PM. Interment private.
