Myrna Jennings

Myrna C. Jennings, 85, of Glen Burnie, passed away on July 2, 2016, at her home. Myrna was born in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada in 1931, to the late Edythe and Raymond Colpitts. She was a registered nurse for 30 years at Harbor Hospital and was a devout member of Glen Burnie Baptist Church. Myrna loved gardening, watching the Orioles, traveling, and her cat, Tigger.

Myrna was predeceased by her devoted husband of 30 years, Howard Vincent Jennings, Jr. She is survived by her beloved son, Michael Jennings and his wife Dolores; her loving grandchildren, Jamie Scott, Christina Gingell, and Matthew Jennings; and her cherished great-grandchildren, Caroline and Lauren Scott, and Autumn Gingell.

Visitation will be held at Singleton Funeral and Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave, SW (at Crain Hwy), in Glen Burnie, on Thursday, July 7th, from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, July 8th, at 1 PM in the funeral home chapel. Interment Glen Haven Memorial Park.
