Rosa Schwarz

January 25, 1922 — October 18, 2006

Rosa Lee Schwarz of Severn died on October 18 at the Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore. She was born on January 25, 1922 in Washington, D.C. and was raised in Mooresborough, N.C. She returned to the Washington area at age 16 and graduated from high school. She worked as a secretary for AMECOM and Litton Industries. She enjoyed spending time with her family, bowling, camping, traveling and being involved with church activities. She was an active member and officer in the DAV Auxiliary, Chapter 13, Glen Burnie. She was preceded in death by her first husband, David W. Bowling, Sr. and her daughter, Sharon Maddox. Survivors include her husband, Pete Schwarz; one daughter, Donna Brann; one son, David W. Bowing; one sister, Eleanor Lyba; and three grandchildren, Danny Brann, Alyssa Bowling and David Bowling.
