Ruth O'Connor

On February 10, 2015, Ruth Elizabeth O'Connor of Pasadena, passed away at Baltimore Washington Medical Center. She was born in Baltimore, MD to the late Elizabeth and William McConnell and went on to become a homemaker for her family. Ruth was a member of the Pasadena Senior Center and enjoyed dancing, listening to music, traveling, watching TV, but most of all, spending time with her grandchildren.
Ruth was predeceased by her devoted husband of 44 years, Lawrence Joseph O'Connor, Sr. She is survived by her beloved children, Lawrence J. O'Connor, Jr. (72) and Ruth E. Roadarmel; her cherished grandchildren, Shannon N. O'Connor and Lawrence Clifton O'Connor; her loving great-grandchildren, Katelyn O'Connor-Maloney and Kelsey O'Connor; and one dear great-great-granddaughter, Taylor N. Gaines.
Visitation will be held at Singleton Funeral and Cremation Services, 1 2nd Ave, S.W. (at Crain Hwy) in Glen Burnie, on Monday, February 16, from 10:30 AM -12:30 PM. A Celebration of Life Service will be held immediately following at 12:30 PM in the funeral home chapel. Interment Baltimore Cemetery.
