On Monday March 23, 2015, Thomas A. Melhuish, passed away at his residence in Ferndale. Mr. Melhuish was born in Nanticoke, PA on September 24, 1926, to Herbert and Anna Mae Melhuish. He honorably served our country in the Navy during WW II and the Korean Conflict. Tom worked for Westinghouse as a Field Engineer. He was a member and Honorary Past Master of Glen Burnie Masonic Lodge #213, Elks Lodge #2266, American Legion Post 40, Tall Cedars, Scottish Rite, and VFW Post #160. Tom enjoyed gardening, collecting beer cans, and traveling with his wife. He is survived by his wife of 64 years Meithal "Pat" Melhuish. He is also survived by his nieces, Karen Badellino and her husband Mike, and Sandra Wood, his nephews, Douglas and Robert Wood, his cousins; Rodney "Skip" Melhuish, Donald Fraunfelker, and Janice Bryant, and numerous nieces and nephews in North Carolina.
