Virginia Seymour

Virginia P. Seymour, 91, a resident of Severn for 50 years, passed away peacefully on July 14, 2015. She was born in Fredericksburg, Virginia on December 25, 1923 to the late Leonard and Rose Burgess. She retired from Koppers Company in 1990 after many years of service. She was active with KiWives, Home Arts and AARP (Glen Burnie Improvement Association). Virginia enjoyed spending time with her grandsons, watching the Ravens and Orioles, crafts, crocheting and was an avid reader. In addition to her parents, Virginia was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon G. Seymour.
She is survived by her two daughters, Norma J. Gibson and husband G. Rodger, Gina L. Schillinger and husband Jimmy; five grandsons, J.D., Glenn, Andrew, Kyle and Brady; and her brother, Leonard Burgess, Jr.
