William Oakley Jr

WILLIAM "BILLY" G. OAKLEY, Jr., 45 of Glen Burnie passed away suddenly on March 10, 2014. Billy was born on November 25, 1968 in North Carolina. He was a member of the Mountaineer Club and enjoyed fishing and camping. Billy was a Duke fan as well as fan of the Baltimore Ravens and Orioles. He is survived by his companion, Della D. Voss; his sister, E. Lorraine Oakley; his niece, Chelsea Lee, his nephews, Cody Lee and Hunter Hilliard; his great niece, Gizelle Lee; his uncles, Michael and Robert Tezai; and his aunts, Jackie Tezai and Jeannie Abshire. He is also survived by many cousins and his beloved basset hound, "Flash".
