William Winters

William W. Winters, 72, of Glen Burnie died of cancer March 12, at his home. He was born in West Virginia April 2, 1936 to the late Freedman and Edna Winters. He worked at Florida Rock concrete company for 30 years before he retired. He loved country western music and also played in a band in his younger years. He was the beloved husband of Janet L. Winters; devoted father of Bill Winters, Jr., Judith Johnson, Steven Winters, Steve Emerson, Chuck Emerson, Wanda Klipsch, Dale Emerson, Brenda Smith and Doug Emerson; dear brother of Junior, Paul and Ronnie Winters, Greta Reynolds, Truman Winters and the late Alfred, Raymond, Donald and Catherine Winters and Jean Robinette. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Mr. Winters will be deeply missed.
