Alice Brown

Alice E. Brown (nee Stinchcomb), 85, of Glen Burnie, passed away on May 10, 2014. She was born in Odenton, MD on April 20, 1929 to the late William and Lillian Stinchcomb. Alice was a member of the Linthicum Heights United Methodist Church Friendship Circle, Ferndale Roadrunners and the Glen Burnie Moose Lodge 1456. She enjoyed playing bingo, going to the casino, fishing, hunting, baking her famous chocolate chip cookies and was an avid gardener; but her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 64 years, Bernard; and four siblings.
Alice is survived by her devoted children, Sharon Whiteford and husband Larry, Beverly Bronakoski and husband Jim and Bernard L. Brown, Jr. and wife Elaine; six loving grandchildren; and 13 cherished great-grandchildren. She will also be dearly missed by her beloved dog, Holly.
