Allen Scott Garber, Sr., 52, a lifelong resident of Glen Burnie, passed away at home on August 11, 2015. He was born in Baltimore, Maryland on November 11, 1962 to Allen and Frances Garber. Scott was employed with Schindler Elevator as a mechanic and has been with Local 7 for 15 years. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, gardening, fishing, crabbing, and was an avid Orioles and Ravens fan. When his sons were younger, he also enjoyed coaching their sports teams. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Allen and Hilda Garber; and his father-in-law, James Gaglione.
In addition to his parents, Scott is survived by his wife, Patricia Louise Garber; two sons, Allen Scott Garber, Jr. and Zachary James Garber; two sisters, Cindy Spurlin and Melody Waybright; mother-in-law, Carolyn Gaglione; and many friends, cousins, nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
