Angelo peacefully passed away on October 27th in Paoli, PA surrounded by his wife, daughter, and a good friend. Angelo was born on March 14th, 1944 and lived most of his life in Baltimore and Glen Burnie, MD. Angelo is survived by his loving wife Susan; daughter, Brigid Frasca; great-grandsons, Terrance, Zyon, and Cartier Barnes; sister-in-law, Patricia B. Frasca; nieces and nephew, Dawn, Lindsay, Tara, and Michael Frasca; step-daughter, Jennifer Ragland; step-granddaughters, Scarlett and Cassidy; step-son, Ralph (Bridget) Ragland Jr.; step-grandsons, Andrew and Zac; and good friend, Chippie Vokhiwa.
Angelo was preceded in death by his parents, Angelo and Christine (Parenti) Frasca, his brother Eugene Frasca, and his nephew Anthony Frasca. Angelo was employed by the Department of Defense for 30 yrs. Angelo enjoyed cooking, fishing, gardening, restoring antiques, and traveling around the world to experience different cultures. He was an avid follower of football, golf, and wrestling. After retirement, he went on to work for the Harris Corporation. He received numerous honors including the annual Presidents’s Award. During his retirement, Angelo spent a lot of his time in his prized garden. He was a wonderful cook of gourmet Italian food to the delight of family and friends. Many of his recipes had been passed down through generations. Angelo also enjoyed visiting his grandchildren, children and great-grandchildren, and traveling with his wife, Susan. He especially enjoyed spending time with his faithful dog, Abby. Angelo will forever be missed by all who knew him.
