Ann Hartge

ANN E. HARTGE, 89, of Baltimore, passed away on April 24, 2010 at Northwest Hospital. She was born in Markleysburg, PA in 1921 to the late Hobart and Iva Humberston. She worked for many years doing secretarial and clericial work. She volunteer for many years giving her time to help the American Red Cross, her local chapter of AARP, St. John Lutheran Church and Augsburg Lutheran Home in many different capacities. Ann was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star - Arundel Chapter #80. She loved to dance, especially square dancing. Ann is the beloved wife of the late Jacob Wayne McCann, Gordon Glatzel and Louis Hartge; devoted mother of Patricia Phillips and her husband Bobby, Larry McCann and his wife Brenda; loving step mother of Ron Glatzel and his wife Judy, Marlene Walchli and her husband Richard, Fran Curry and her husband Richard; dear sister of Harold Humberston, Hilda Taylor Newell, Leroy Humberston and the late Grace Humberston Jones and Glenn Humberston, Sr.; loving step grandmother of Kristen Burkett & Matthew Curry. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
