Anna Ditty

Anna Lee Ditty, 93, of Severn, Maryland, passed away on September 27, 2021 in her home.  Anna was born in Baltimore, on October 27, 1927, to the late Anna and John McMahon. She worked at Westinghouse from 1966-1991 in the purchasing department. Anna was an avid reader and she loved shopping and going out to dinner.

In addition to her parents, Anna was predeceased by her devoted husband of 56 years, Charles H. Ditty, her son, Charles Lee Ditty and her brother, Jack McMahon. She is survived by her loving daughters, Sharon (David) Smith, Robin (Rick) Rodgers, and Jacqueline (Greg) Merkel; her cherished grandchildren, Laura, Derek, and Devin; her beloved great-grandchildren, Drew & June; and her dear siblings, June Sassaman, Donald McMahon and Pat Fawcett.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Christ the King Catholic Church on Monday, October 4th, at 11:30 AM.  Interment Glen Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Anna’s name may be made to Hospice of the Chesapeake at www.hospicechesapeake.org
