Avis Renshaw

On May 25, 2012 Avis S. Renshaw, 98, a resident of Anne Arundel County for 28 years, passed away peacefully at Kramm Healthcare & Rehab in PA. She was born in Stoneham, MA on November 21, 1913. She was a volunteer at the Howard County General Gift Shop, a member of the Balladettes choir group and Harundale Presbyterian Church. Avis enjoyed playing Bridge and tennis, latch hook, spending time with her family and was an avid reader of novels. She is survived by her children, James Kenneth Renshaw and Shirley Smith; grandchildren, Malena, Heather and Andy; and great-grandchildren, Nicholas James and Arianna. She was preceded in death by her husband, James H. Renshaw.
