Baltazar Ngayan

On May 30, 2009, Baltazar U. Ngayan (also known as "Lolo"). Beloved husband of 45 years to Trina; loving father of Neal Ngayan, Susan Caughey and husband Patrick, Jennifer Farina and husband Gregg; cherished grandfather of Justin Ngayan; dear brother of two sisters. He is also survived by extended family, including many loving nieces and nephews. Baltazar was born in the Philippines to Ponciano and Susana Ngayan. He attended Anne Arundel Community College and later at Capital College where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. He retired from Westinghouse after many years. He was very proud to have served in the United Sates Coast Guard for 22 years; he was also a Philippine Scout for three years. He belonged to CPOA and HAM Radio. Baltazar greatly enjoyed spending time with his family, traveling, gardening, and was an avid reader, especially anything to do with War or math.
