Berkeley Thompson

Berkeley C. Thompson, 91, of Baltimore passed away on June 11, 2013. Berkeley worked as a Purchasing Agent at Tate Engineering in Lansdowne, MD. She was an avid reader, loved to travel, and her family meant everything to her. She was preceded in death by her husband, O. Lewis Thompson. She is survived by two children, Cheryl Underwood and husband Cecil, and Ken Thompson and wife Carolyn; two grandchildren, Sheila Philip and husband Mike, and Stephen Beares and fiancé Lisa; four great-grandchildren, Amy Philip, Ben Beares, Shelby Beares, and Mattingan Philip; and two sisters, Doris Flack and Betty Beck.
In lieu of flowers, the family invite donations in Berkeley's memory - and in honor of the wonderful care she received throughout her final days - to Hospice of the Chesapeake Foundation (445 Defense Highway, Annapolis Maryland 21401) or to Linthicum Heights United Methodist Church, where she was a beloved and active member for many years.
