BOWEN, Jr. of Severn; devoted husband of 45 years to Christina Bowen; beloved father of Christina Constantine and Sandra Bowen; cherished grandfather of Crystal, Amanda, Brandon, & Eric Constantine, Chelsea Osborne, and Christopher Lindell; loving great-grandfather of Brandi Marie Constantine; dear brother of Kim Smith, Denise Dietrich, Darlene Listman, Barbie & Lisa, and Bill & Mike Bowen.
Bernard was born in Baltimore to Helen & Bernard Bowen, Sr. He worked at Proctor & Gamble for 28 years and was a member of the Glen Burnie Moose Lodge. Bernard was an avid golfer, enjoyed cruising, sports, travelling - especially to Las Vegas, and most of all, spending time with his grandchildren.
