Bertha Irene Blick "Miss Bertie", 99, resident of Glen Burnie, MD passed away at the Tate Hospice House in Linthicum, MD on April 3, 2011.
She was born in Culpepper, VA on December 11, 1911 to Mr. John and Nellie Dodson.
She was married to the late Ernest E. Blick, Sr. for 67 years. She was a home maker and a member of the Linthicum Baptist Church. Mrs. Blick enjoyed Gardening and cooking for her family.
Mr. and Mrs. Blick have three children; Margaret Shank of Dundalk, MD, Ernestine Stith of Glen Burnie, MD, and Ernest E. Blick, Jr. of Glen Burnie, MD. Bertha is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and 6 great great grandchildren, her sister Pearl Leake of Virginia, and nieces and nephews in Virginia, New Jersey, North Carolina, Utah, Tennesse, and Texas. She was preceded in death by 2 grandchildren.
