Brenda Boyer

Brenda M. Boyer, 79, of Glen Burnie, Maryland passed away on November 11, 2020. Brenda was born October 22, 1941, to Burton and Mildred Bussey. She grew up in Severn, Maryland and attended Arundel High School and went on to work for Manor View Elementary School. She married and raised a family with her loving husband, David. Brenda loved bowling, wildlife, going on trips and family vacations to Disney World. She also enjoyed time spent at the Pascal Senior Center. She was a member of Severn Full Gospel Pentecostal Church in Severn. However, most of all, she loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, David; her daughter Christine Boyer (Joe Alvich), her son, Kevin (Deborah) Boyer, her grandsons, Matthew Eaves, Kyle Boyer (Bridgett), Drew Boyer (Marie), James and Trevor Breeden, her granddaughters, Amber (Kory) Kienzle, Stephanie Boyer (Thiraphat), her great-grandchildren, Samantha, Jayden, Emileigh, and Ryan, her sister, Lois Purdham, along with several nieces and nephews, she is predeceased by her sister, Myrna Rodgers.

The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave. SW (at Crain Hwy), on Sunday, November 15th, from 2-4 & 6-8PM.  Memorial contributions in Brenda’s name may be made to American Parkinson’s Disease Association.
