Brenda Pfanstiel

On October 10, 2007, Brenda M. Pfanstiel passed on at Baltimore Washington Medical Center. Brenda was a resident of Anne Arundel County for 41 years. She is the beloved wife of Roger Pfanstiel; loving mother of Cheryl Baal, David Wise, Kevin Pfanstiel, Sarah Pierson, and Julie Pfanstiel; cherished daughter of Eleanor Getz and the late William D. Getz; dear sister of Phyllis Norris, and Dan Getz; and caring grandmother of seven. Brenda worked as a paramedic for Anne Arundel County for 15 years, and was also a volunteer firefighter. She was an election judge for Maryland voting, volunteered at Perkins Hospital, and belonged to Brooklyn Park Church of the United Brethren. In her spare time, you can find her shopping at the local Wal Mart, that was her favorite store. Other than shopping, she greatly enjoyed crocheting, needle point, knitting, crafts, yard sales, and being a socialite; but what she enjoyed most of all was spending time with her family, especially her seven grandchildren. She will be greatly missed.
