Carolyn Mae Schultz(nee Foster), 71, of Glen Burnie passed away on August 13, 2017 after a lengthy illness at Hospice of the Chesapeake Inpatient Care Unit in Pasadena, MD.
Carolyn was born on November 5, 1945 in Severn to the late Joseph and Ethel (Ladner) Foster. Carolyn was the 5th of 8 children she grew up in a close knit family and she stayed in the area her whole life. She graduated from Arundel High School in 1963. She married the love of her life Gordon Schultz on March 6, 1987. She worked as a school bus driver and then for Nevamar as a laminate presser for almost 20 years. Carolyn loved the Lord and her deep faith helped sustain her through life's rough times. She was a member and enjoyed attending Lighthouse Church. She also enjoyed shopping, helping others, and spending quality time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings, Jeanie Schneider, Jerry, Jimmy, and Paul Foster. She leaves to cherish precious memories, her husband, Gordon M. Schultz(Monty); son, Larry Hopkins; grandson, Jay Warren Hopkins; sister, Alma Scriba; brothers, Bernie and Tommy Foster; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and special friends.
