Carroll Brocato, Sr

Carroll V. Brocato, Sr., 84, a resident of Glen Burnie, passed away on May 26, 2013 at the University of Maryland Medical Center. Carroll was born on September 29, 1928 in Baltimore and he owned his own produce wholesaling company, Vincent Brocato and Sons. Carroll enjoyed the Orioles and the Baltimore Colts.
Carroll was preceded in death by his devoted wife of 34 years, Joan V. Brocato; he is survived by his loving children, Carroll V. Brocato, Jr. and his wife Constance, and Gary L. Brocato and his wife Denise; his cherished grandchildren, Catherine, Stephanie, Anthony, and Adam; his beloved great-granddaughters, Gia and Brooke; and he is also survived by many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to be made to the American Heart Association, 415 N. Charles Street, Baltimore, MD 21201 -OR- Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation MD Chapter, 825 N. Hammonds Ferry Rd, Suites H-J, Linthicum, MD 21090.
