Mrs. Catherine A. Allen, 76, of Glen Burnie, Maryland passed away on September 21, 2010 at Baltimore Washington Medical Center. Catherine was born in Maryland in 1934 to the late Joseph and Katherine Fischer. She was a homemaker. She was the beloved wife of the late Richard J. Allen; devoted mother of Richard M. Allen and his girlfriend Christina Moon; dear sister of William Fischer; loving aunt of Linda Kiser.
