On August 13, 2016, Charles Lemuel Arbogast Jr. of Glen Burnie; beloved husband of Barbara; devoted father of Charles Arbogast III and his wife Victoria, Sandra Klohr and her husband Howard, Tammy Wagner and her husband Timothy; cherished grandfather of Andrea, Charles IV, Brandi and her husband Alexander, Heather, Alexandria, Gabrielle, Gillian, Gwyneth and Genna; loving great-grandfather of Camden; dear brother of Carolyn Parson, Penny Upton and Brenda Bloomquist. He was preceded in death by his parents, Susie and Charles Arbogast Sr.; and his son, Michael Arbogast.
