Charles C. Carter, 76, of Pasadena, passed away on April 28, 2017. Charlie was born on August 8, 1940 in Baltimore to the late Freeman and Marie Carter. He was in the Drum and Bugle Corp in his younger years. He was also a US Army Veteran. Charlie was a Baltimore County Firefighter for 30 years; and worked part time for ADT for 26 years and Singleton Funeral Home for the past ten years. He was also an active volunteer with the Anne Arundel Alarmers.
Charlie is survived by his beloved wife of 23 years, Gloria J. Carter; his children, Bryan Carter and his wife, Jeannette; Vickie Mazotas and her husband, Ted; and Michelle Kelly; and his brother, Allen Carter and his wife, Kim. He is also survived by two granddaughters and two great-grandsons.
The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave. SW (at Crain Hwy) on Wednesday from 3-5 & 7-9 pm. A Funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 4th at 10 AM in the funeral home chapel. Interment Loudon Park Cemetery.
