Charles Covern

Charles Joseph "Joe" Covern, 81 of Deale, Maryland passed away on April 6, 2022. Joe was born on October 3, 1940 in Laguna Beach, California to the late Charles E. and Mary F. Covern. He was a voice processing supervisor in the US Air Force and retired in 1978 as Senior Master Sergeant. Joe also worked as a linguist for the NSA. He enjoyed bowling, traveling and cruising, and engaging in computer research.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Judith Donaldson Covern. Joe is survived by his sister-in-law, Laurie Harrell and her husband, Gilbert; his brother-in-law, Wylie Donaldson, Jr. and his wife, Donna; his sister-in-law, Nancy Donaldson and her late husband, Gordon White.
