Charles was born in South Baltimore, MD on October 11, 1943 to Margaret (nee Dixon) and Walter I. Huber, and is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Dolores P. Huber (nee Thomas), whom he married September 8, 1967; his brother, Walter J. Huber; his children, Deneen Novak, Charles Jr. and his wife Tina, Susan Parrish and her husband, John; his grandchildren, Gerard Jr, Chad, Ashley, Jimmy, Jordan, Katelyn and Jeremy; and his great grandchildren, Melissa, Lola, and Braden. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you make a donation to the charity of your choice.
