Charles Mills

On July 11, 2007, Charles Edward Mills passed on. Charles was dearly loved by his family which includes his dear daughter, Rachel Mills; his dear sons, Damien and Brian Mills; his dear brother, Ron Bowen; his dear sister, Joan Miller; and his dear parents, Elwood Bowen and the late Ellen Nelson. Charles was born in Virginia in 1954. He was a career Sound Techinician for many years. He was a member of the Glen Burnie VFW Post 0276. He enjoyed hobbies such as music, NASCAR, hunting and pet dogs. Charles was a dear man who will be missed by many people.
