Charles Shupe, Jr

August 12, 1948 — November 1, 2016

On November 1, 2016, Charles Curtis Shupe, Jr., 68, of Glen Burnie, passed away at Baltimore Washington Medical Center. He was born in Baltimore to the late Dorothy and Charles Shupe, Sr. Charles worked many years in the automotive aftermarket and he was an avid NASCAR and baseball fan, and he loved 60's Doo-Wop music.

Charles is survived by his devoted wife, Shirley Mae Shupe; his beloved step-son, Mark Turner and his wife Susan; and his cherished grandchildren, Joshua, Justin, and Brittney.

The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral and Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave, SW (at Crain Hwy), in Glen Burnie on Sunday, November 6th, from 4-8 PM. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Monday, November 7th, at 11 AM in the funeral home chapel. Interment Glen Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Charles' name may be made to the American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org.
