On November 29, 2009 Charles "Witt" Wittman of Linthicum. Beloved husband of the late Marie Wittman; loving father of Steve Wittman, Jacqueline Winter and her husband Dave; cherished grandfather of Michael Winter and wife Beverly, and Shari Winter; devoted great-grandfather of Michael Winter, Jr.
Charles was born in Maryland and served his country proudly in the U.S. Army. He worked for BGE for 42 years and was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Waverly, the Elks Lodge in Glen Burnie, and the VFW in Ocean City. Charles also enjoyed traveling to Ocean City and football, especially the Baltimore Colts.
