Charlotte is survived by her husband of 40 years, Albert Hartgrove; her
Children, Neil Litzau and his wife Susan, Glenn Litzau and his wife Marilou, and David Litzau and his wife Linda; and her step daughter Janice Freil. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Kurt, Joshua, Jacqueline, Corey, and Christina, and her step grandchildren; Cody, Betony, and Shane.
