Chick Miller

Chick and Carol Miller, of Stevensville, passed away on August 14, 2017. Chick was a retired professor from both Anne Arundel Community College and the US Naval Academy. Carol served her family and friends as a homemaker, and held administrative roles at Social Security Administration and the EPA. Chick honorably served his country in the US Airforce for four years. Carol was a member of the Daughters of American Revolution and Chick was a member of the Engineering Honor Society and American Radio Relay League. Their hobbies included boating, fishing, singing, painting and socializing with friends. Their greatest joy was spending time with their family, especially their grandchildren, whom they adored and supported enthusiastically.
Chick and Carol are survived by their loving daughters, Cheryl Pupshis and her husband, Pete, Cyndi Ramey and her husband, Nicholas; cherished grandchildren, Alec and Cameron Pupshis, Leila and Fiona Ramey; and Carol's brothers, David and Michael Simonton.
The family will receive visitors at the family owned Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave SW (at Crain Hwy) Glen Burnie on Friday, August 18th, from 5-7 PM.
