Daniel Hahn

Daniel C. Hahn, 83, of Glen Burnie passed away on February 5, 2017. He was born on March 17, 1933 in Baltimore to the late Louis and Elizabeth Hahn. Danny graduated from Glen Burnie High School in 1952 and went on to honorably serve in the US Marine Corps during the Korean War. He loved working at the US Coast Guard Yard at Curtis Bay, in which he retired after 54 wonderful years as an electrician. Danny was a very compassionate and outgoing person who enjoyed making people smile with his relentless sense of humor. He lived his life by the "Golden Rule". Danny was a proud Marine who believed "Once a Marine, always a Marine"- Semper Fi. His passion was spending time with his family and taking care of his wife. Danny is survived by his beloved wife of 61 years, Thelma J. Hahn. He is also survived by his devoted children; Daniel L. Hahn (Dawn), Judith Lynn Stewart (Blair), and Deborah Dumsha (Joseph); 13 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
